The Owner was looking to build a more efficient manufacturing facility and partnered with the Keller, Inc. Project Manager, Architect and Interior Designer to plan, design and build a ground-up facility to meet their business needs. Through careful re-design and value-engineering, the Keller, Inc. Project Team were able to successfully meet the Owners budget and bring their vision to a reality.
A unique feature with this project was the paint booth and the cross ventilation system.
