CLINTONVILLE, Wis. — Hoffmaster has partnered with Keller, Inc. on an 86,000 sq. ft. addition and expansion project at its Clintonville manufacturing facility.
A long-time Keller client, Hoffmaster once again selected Keller’s integrated design-build process to help guide the project from initial planning through construction. The addition reflects the company’s ongoing investment in its operations and commitment to meeting the evolving needs of its customers while positioning the facility for continued growth.
The project will create additional manufacturing and production space, allowing Hoffmaster to enhance operational efficiencies, support increased production demands, and strengthen its ability to serve customers across North America.
Site work is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2026, with completion anticipated in the spring of 2027. Upon completion, the expansion will add significant production capacity and operational space, supporting both current manufacturing needs and future growth opportunities at the Clintonville facility.
