RICHFIELD, Wis. — Richfield Service is advancing plans for a 6,630 square foot facility addition designed to expand service bay capacity and support growing demand for light‑truck repair. The new space will enhance day‑to‑day operations by increasing repair areas, enlarging the parts room, and improving overall service workflow.
The project is being delivered through a design‑build partnership with Keller, Inc., an award‑winning, 100% employee‑owned design‑build contractor located in Germantown, WI.
Planned to support long‑term operational growth, the addition will feature a dedicated quality control bay, expanded storage, and upgraded employee amenities, including a larger breakroom, conference rooms, bathrooms, and an office. The project also increases the existing parking footprint, providing additional space for customer and employee vehicles.
Completion is anticipated in Winter 2026, positioning Richfield Service for continued growth while strengthening its ability to serve customers throughout the region.
