Project Description
Paper City Savings Bank is a 16,870 sq. ft. remodel of an existing bank in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, created to update the look and functionality of the facility so it better reflects the level of service the organization provides. The project features a completely renovated office area and a brand‑new two‑story lobby with exposed structural beams, giving the bank a modern, open, and welcoming presence. Keller partnered closely with the owners to deliver design and construction solutions that allowed them to remain on the same site-a key priority-and successfully kept the bank open throughout construction, helping them achieve a refreshed, efficient, and customer‑focused financial environment.
