Project Description
Lion Performance Hall is a 2,000 sq. ft. addition and interior remodel transforming a historic church into a performance venue in Richfield, WI, created to fulfill the owner’s vision for a high‑end music theater. The project features a welcoming lobby area, a new lounge with bar, and a fully reimagined performance hall with stage, blending modern amenities with the character of the original structure. Keller partnered closely with the owner to navigate the challenges of working within a 100‑year‑old church, including demolition of the existing study and the integration of high‑end acoustic finishes, delivering a polished, intimate, and acoustically refined performance space.
