WVRC – Ozaukee is a new 10,887 sq. ft. ground‑up veterinary hospital in Mequon, WI, designed to elevate the client’s care experience with a smarter, more efficient layout and expanded exam room capacity. The facility brings high‑level veterinary services under one roof, featuring a welcoming canopy, a specialized chemo ward, and a state‑of‑the‑art MRI suite. Keller’s team navigated rezoning from residential use and coordinated closely with both the tenant and landlord to align the project with a build‑to‑suit lease, ensuring a seamless path from concept to construction.
