Project Description
WVRC – Waukesha is a new 25,704 sq. ft. ground‑up emergency veterinary hospital, designed to give the client a more efficient layout, expanded exam room capacity, and a modern facility as they transition out of their expiring lease. The project features a collaborative design effort with an architect from the Mequon area, bringing a unique aesthetic and functional vision to the space. Keller’s team coordinated closely with the tenant, landlord, developer, and ETHOS, the parent company, to align the project with complex build‑to‑suit requirements and ensure a smooth path from planning to construction.
