SICO America, Inc. is a 10,150 sq. ft. PEMB expansion to the company’s existing manufacturing plant in Belleville, WI. This is built to support the owner’s strategic plan for long‑term growth. The project incorporates master planning for future expansion, ensuring the site can accommodate additional phases as production needs evolve. Keller partnered closely with the owner to navigate the complexities of planning ahead, designing an addition that meets today’s goals while positioning the facility for scalable development.
