Stuc’s Pizza is a 1,300 sq. ft. restaurant remodel focused on the booth and customer dining area in Appleton, WI, created to update the dining experience and refresh the overall look of the space. The project features new booths, an upgraded acoustical ceiling, and exposed spiral ductwork, all contributing to a more modern and inviting atmosphere. Keller partnered closely with the owner to navigate the challenge of creating a contemporary aesthetic while improving customer flow, delivering a polished, efficient, and guest‑friendly dining environment.
